Given its wide dexterity, MONO thrived when presented with an opportunity to truly transform a brand. And with Sperry, we were offered one. In less than six months, we created a new brand strategy and positioning. Totally redesigned their entire identity system and brand expression, down to the shoe boxes. Revamped their in-store experience, and their website. Launched a new advertising campaign. Created a novel digital and social experience. And even provided them with the roadmap to create and launch a new branded shoe line, the Paul Sperry collection. Most importantly, we transformed their brand, made it more adventurous and youthful, and reversed a sales decline.
